We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. We're looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with a deep knowledge of Winchester and South Hampshire's property markets. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping business growth, leading and spearheading a high-performing team, and upholding Knight Frank’s reputation for exceptional service. You’ll have the freedom to drive strategic initiatives, expand your influence in the region, and showcase your talent for building and nurturing relationships with top-tier clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Secure instructions in line with business targets and goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Position Knight Frank at the heart of the South Hampshire market, identifying new business opportunities and taking our regional presence to new heights.
  • Manage financials, streamline processes, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Sub-Divisional Head to develop and implement strategic business plans for the region.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
  • A seasoned property professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership, and a deep understanding of the South Hampshire market.
  • A natural leader who thrives on challenge, with a passion for property, and a drive to exceed targets.
  • A proven track record in conducting market appraisals, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
