Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Eastern Rural Consultancy Team.

Role:
This is a role for a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator. Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Eastern Rural Consultancy teams, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department. The role covers support to the wider Rural Consultancy business nationally and will include travel to other Knight Frank offices and client properties.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for the team and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, managers, and employees.
- Diary management including but not limited to travel bookings.
- In-house contact management system, instructions, referrals, Client Due Diligence.
- Provide team financial support, sales invoicing and expense claim support.
- Manage mail, email and requests for information.
- Time recording – new jobs, timesheets.
- Filing (digital) – new job folders, OneDrive/SharePoint organisation and maintenance.
- Overflow team administration, preparing agendas, reports, minutes, Terms of Business, report proofing/formatting.
- Assist in business development, local event coordination and support.
- Create CV’s, business cards using Drag and Drop.
- Order office supplies and Ensure clear desk & clear screen policies are followed.
- Collaborate with other business support members to improve overall efficiency.
- Follow storage & archive protocols.
- Ensure all H&S documents are uploaded onto Riskwise, weekly/monthly logging of inspections.
- Environmental champion.
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Information Security champion.
- Fire Marshall and First Aider (Training provided).
Key Experience Required:
- 2 years+ experience in a similar operations, administration or secretarial role.
- Proficient with Microsoft office packages.
- Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude.
- Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling.
- Strong attention to detail.
