Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis
• Perform site inspection and land searching
• Prepare valuation reports
   

Requirements
 

• Associate degree or above in real estate, estate management, surveying, business or any related discipline
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A team player who is also able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
   

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Valuer.
