Job Summary
Provide professional consultancy and agency services to both local and multinational clients in the industrial field.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling
• Arrange site inspection for clients
• Negotiate the lease terms and conditions with the landlords
• Discuss and recommend renewal or relocation strategy for tenants and landlords
• Update and manage database

Requirements

• Degree holder OR higher diploma in any discipline, with at least 5 years of broker OR landlord experience, preferred in industrial field
• Holder of Estate Agent’s licence
• High sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must work well independently as well as part of the team
