Director, Head of Residential Agency
The Residential Agency Department is responsible for selling and leasing residential property in Hong Kong. As Director, Head of Residential Agency, you will manage the team and systems and the department’s profitability. Additional responsibilities are listed below:
• Develop plans to grow the business and improve its market position
• Involved on a day-to-day basis with the team overseeing the sale and leasing of residential property in Hong Kong
• Provide professional advice to corporate and private clients
• Create and develop business opportunities through structured canvassing (such as mail/email shots, attending relevant events, etc) of the market
• Professionally conduct meetings and presentations with clients
• Complete all sales transactions, representing the Company’s clients from start to finish in a highly efficient and professional manner
• Lead the support staff in the activities associated with providing materials designed to aid the marketing of residential properties to clients
• Provide property information and introduce property listings to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and vendors
• Provide assistance and advice to expatriates establishing their transition to Hong Kong
• Provide high-quality pre-sale and post-sale service to our clients
Requirements
• Degree holder or above
• At least 10 years relevant experience in the residential agency
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Holder of Estate Agent’s Licence is a must
• Knowledge of the property market
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive, confident and a team player
