Assistant

Responsibilities
 

  • Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support across the full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and engagement
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, final payments, leave administration and daily HRIS operations
  • Assist in organising staff events and ad hoc project
     

Requirements
 

  • Diploma / degree in human resources management or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year’s work experience, preferably in HR
  • Familiar with employment ordinance and other HR regulations in Hong Kong
  • Organised, detail-minded
  • Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • A team player who is also able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
