Assistant Business Strategy Manager, Professional Services

Job Summary

 

The role is responsible for exploring new business opportunities and driving the success of our Professional Services business. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to reach new markets and clients 
  • Work with service line leaders to create and carry out business plans that align with company goals and drive the growth of Professional Services business
  • Represent the company during client meetings, present proposals and showcase our value proposition
  • Prepare and compile high-quality proposals, tenders, and requests for proposals (RFPs/RFQs)
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies, including acquiring new customers, generating leads and driving business goals
  • Analyse competitors to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients 

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in Business, Property Management, Real Estate, Surveying, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales & marketing
  • Knowledge of property management is a significant advantage 
  • Proven ability to make strategic decisions that contribute to business growth and development 
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
