Administrative Assistant

 Responsibilities
 

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department head and the team
  • Arrange meeting schedules and make travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparing proposals, building particulars, reports and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain client database and filing system
  • Assist in ad hoc projects
     

Requirements
 

  • Diploma holder, formal secretarial training an advantage
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Solid secretarial experience in serving sales teams preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure 
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
