Key responsibilities:

  • Provide building consultancy advice
  • Technical Due Diligence and Capital Expenditure reporting
  • Reinstatement cost assessments
  • Project management
  • Make good assessments and negotiations
  • Defect diagnosis and schedules of condition
  • Ensure that long term relationships are maintained in addition to developing new client relationships

 

Who we are looking for?

  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • Good understanding of relevant building legislation
  • Good understanding of financial reports
  • Familiarity with processes involved with project delivery from inception to completion
  • Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts
  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions
  • Identify new business
  • Involvement in all aspects of key service lines - project management, contract administration, make goods, budget costings, defect diagnosis
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to uncover and understand client objectives
