The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales at one or more high-end Residential Developments and negotiating deals with potential clients. The role may entail moving periodically between two different locations or to different locations within Italy. In the Sales Negotiator role, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively seeking out potential clients and developing new business opportunities
  • Providing expert advice to clients on the local property market and guiding them through the buying / selling process
  • Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information
  • Negotiating deals with potential clients and closing sales
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and developments in the Italian property market
  • Collaborating with Knight Frank colleagues to ensure that all client needs are met

 

To be successful in the Sales Negotiator role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property sales, preferably in the high-end luxury development market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and negotiating deals
  • Strong understanding of the Italian property market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver’s license
