We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Job Description: 
 

In this role, you will advocate for your clients (both landlords and tenants) by understanding their preferences, representing them when negotiating and assisting them with every detail of their office/commercial transaction.

 

Core responsibilities include yearly planning, day to day management of the clients and new business, market presentations, cold-calling, event attendance, ambassadorship of the brand on the local market, helping local marketing efforts, close collaboration with the regional and global offices, communication with leadership. 
 


Essential Job Duties:
 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with various clients and key players on the market
  • Represent your clients' best interests during contract negotiations
  • Appraise property or properties using local comparisons and prepare market presentations
  • Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential client
  • Visit and show several sites and explain features of building
  • Develop strategies to obtain referrals and build client portfolio
  • Work with various members of the group on projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Report weekly on activity, needs, and capacity
  • Act as a company ambassador in the local business community
  • Draft legal documents and contracts
  • Tracking revenue allocations
  • Providing revenue forecasting to management & finance team
  • Tracking & implementing business development pursuits
  • May perform other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to all set company policies and procedures


 

 

Skills, Education and Experience:

 

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience required, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
  • Must be a self-starter who can determine what needs to be done rather than wait for direction
  • Analytical and project management skills required
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, skills required
  • Ability to work across multiple work streams required
  • Excellent English & local written and oral communication skills required
  • Must be organized, detail and goal oriented
  • Willingness to accommodate different time zones required
  • Driving license for B category
