A great opportunity has arisen to join us in our Asia Pacific Headquarters, based on Raffles Place in Singapore. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Global Occupier Strategy and Solutions team, working closely with the Head of Global Occupier Strategy and Solutions.

You will be part of a small entrepreneurial team that works on major asset sales across the world.   • Coordinates the Global Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions calendar for meetings and travel schedules
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Preparing of general correspondence and professional presentations/ documents for meetings
  • Process business expense claims monthly
  • Provide support in internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Work with the marketing team to help arrange client events, logistics support whenever required
  • Work/ follow-up closely with relevant parties to keep all strategic reports, documentation up to date



  • Relevant professional experience will be good
  • Be prepared to think outside the box and take initiative in order to solve problems as they arise
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting manager schedules
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour, self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential and existing customers
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Team player with ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment; ability to work effectively with diverse teams across diverse cultures and varying levels of capability
