Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager, Auction & Sales

We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. The pioneer in property Auctions, Tender and Private Treaty sales advisory since 1940, Knight Frank is top of the game in property auctions. Exercising our knowledge across a range of property types, our services encompass both commercial and residential properties.

 

Through current analyses of market conditions, we provide advice on sale prices and recommend the most appropriate time to place the property on sale, ensuring our clients secure optimum market prices within a minimum time frame. Properties sold under our breadth of experience include residential properties (such as apartments and landed homes) and commercial properties (such as shophouses, strata offices and shops, factories and development sites). Notably, our team held the first public auction for the en bloc sale of Scotts Tower, for all strata owners collectively.

Scope

  • Responsible for marketing properties for auctioning, sales and leasing, providing clients with market updates and developing clientele for the company

 

Responsibilities

  • Marketing of properties for the purposes of auction, sale and/or lease
  • Develop a network of clients
  • Pitch for sole marketing appointments
  • Telemarketing on a regular basis
  • Assist team heads in business developments
  • Update landlord/vendor of marketing activities
  • Provide clients with periodic market updates

 

Requirements

  • Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA 
  • At least 2 years’ relevant sales & leasing experience in real estate  
  • Holds a Degree/ Diploma in any discipline 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint) 
  • Experience in any of the areas: social media & digital marketing, videography, video editing & production, will be an added advantage 
  • Articulate and confident in public speaking 
  • Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and a team player 

 

Candidates with years of relevant experience will be considered for senior positions.
