Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, HR (L&D)

 

Responsibilities

 

Main Focus: Learning & Development

  • Support the company overall L&D strategy and framework
  • Identify and source for L&D programs in line with business needs and priorities.
  • Partner with business heads to understand their current and future L&D needs through learning needs analysis, performance management programs
  • Prepare/update training materials and deliver in-house training as required (including new employee induction)
  • Work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organise L&D programs
  • Evaluate training solutions and make recommendations for improvements where required
  • Monitor and manage the CPD requirements for the real estate salespersons and in-house staff training requirements to ensure compliance
  • Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)

 

Employee Relations / Health & Safety

  • Assist in coordination of employee events (e.g. townhall, retreats)
  • Manage employee awards/recognition programs
  • Coordination of Employee Relations and/or other surveys (including results, follow-up, communications, etc.)
  • Ensure workplace complies to WSH regulations
  • Update and manage the Business Continuity Plan
  • Manage the BizSAFE Recertification Process
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Must have minimum 4 years of relevant experience in L&D processes; candidates with added experience in Employee Relations or WSH will have stronger advantage
  • Good knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Resourceful and familiar with government schemes in relation to training roadmap, support schemes and grants
  • Strong analytical, project management and coordination skills
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills, with a good ability to build relations with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS (LMS)
