Senior Department Administrative Executive, OSS
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Department e.g. manage appointments, organise meetings, submission of expenses claims and regular revenue reporting
- Provide administrative support to the department in organizing team meetings, recording minutes, administering e-case filing, billings, monitoring of payments, reports generation etc
- Provide administrative support to department’s marketing communications, client events and gifts
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and enquiries.
- Covering of Front Office Duties as rostered
Requirements
- Administration, Business and / or Management Certificate or Diploma qualifications
- Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Keen and able to work with systems including accounting & CRM systems
- Meticulous and enjoy working with numbers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
