We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare the monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
  • Prepare monthly management / financial reports with analysis against budget
  • Prepare audit schedules and handle/liaise queries from auditors for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
  • Prepare quarterly accounts for GST submission to IRAS
  • Prepare Tax Computation for clients on half yearly basis
  • Involve in budget preparation.
  • Arrears Management.

 

Requirements

  • Relevant certification in Accounting with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Accpac and knowledge in any other accounting software an added advantage
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and power point)
  • Responsible and meticulous in ensuring accounting records are timely and accurate
  • Experience in budget preparation and forecasting
  • Able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and independently
  • A team player with positive working attitude; good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills



Qualification

  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting and its equivalent.
