Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare the monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
- Prepare monthly management / financial reports with analysis against budget
- Prepare audit schedules and handle/liaise queries from auditors for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
- Prepare quarterly accounts for GST submission to IRAS
- Prepare Tax Computation for clients on half yearly basis
- Involve in budget preparation.
- Arrears Management.
Requirements
- Relevant certification in Accounting with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Accpac and knowledge in any other accounting software an added advantage
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and power point)
- Responsible and meticulous in ensuring accounting records are timely and accurate
- Experience in budget preparation and forecasting
- Able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and independently
- A team player with positive working attitude; good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills

- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting and its equivalent.
