Sales & Marketing Support Executive, Occupier Strategy & Solutions
Responsibilities
- Track CRM data integrity and provide regular gap reports.
- Trawl the internet for client information required in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal customers for client information required in CRM.
- Carry out client data input, updating and generation of client listing reports.
- Analyse CRM user activity.
- Analyse Client Categories.
- Carry out Database Marketing.
- Track client communication activity and provide dashboard reports.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in business or marketing
- At least one year of sales and marketing support experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technology savvy
