Our market-leading Asia Pacific Capital Markets team is looking for a Director of Asia Pacific Living Sectors (maternity cover), to assist with our growing book of business.
The role has the responsibility for the development of key living sector client relationships, working closely with the Global Capital Market (GCM) Head to understand both buy and sell side client priorities by market and asset class.
Your main duties will comprise:
Main Duties:
- Growth of the living sectors capabilities in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in our capability to provide Living Sectors expertise to our clients.
- Assisting with the growth and function of the Global Living Group
- Knowledge of and relationships with outbound Asian capital sources to the UK, US, EMEA and Australia
- Providing assistance in global pitches with an expertise on Asian capital and winning key instructions in Asia Pacific in the Living Sectors
- Leading and executing assets sales, joint venture arrangements and debt brokerage for Living Sector assets located in Asia Pacific
- Working with the Global Living Group to market and execute transactions on Living Sector assets in the UK, US & EMEA to Asian based investors.
- Working with the Global Head of Capital Markets on major service line initiatives such as:-
- ‘Invested in Her’ Diversity Campaign
- Raising the profile of Knight Frank Capital Markets through participation in major industry events and media appearances
- Strategic geographic and sector expansion of capital markets capabilities in Asia Pacific
- Assist in managing the relations with Knight Frank’s capital markets Alliance partners such as Berkadia, Bayleys and SMTB.
Requirements
7 years property experience
Degree
Experience working in UK or Australian property market
