Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies, drive performance, and contribute to the growth of our brand. This role will play a part in executing campaigns that drive client engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
 

Marketing Operations Specialist, Asia Pacific

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Campaign Development & Execution:
    - Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
    - Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing materials, including sales & marketing emails, landing pages, social media content, etc.
     
  • Performance tracking:
    - Set up and maintain tracking mechanisms to monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement on a quarterly basis.
     
  • Social Media Management:
    - Assist in executing, and monitoring social media campaigns.
    - Assist and coordinate amplification of social media advocacy efforts.
    - Monitor APAC social media accounts and engage with the community.
     
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
    - Assist in organizing and promoting events, and webinars.
    - Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for events.
     
  • Digital platform management:
    - Act as the digital platform manager to ensure efficient marketing operations and provide ongoing team support.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ON24, Cvent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive "can-do" attitude.
