The Capital Markets team advises clients on the full range of acquisition and disposal services across all asset classes, including en-bloc developments. Our team provides solutions to developers, fund managers, institutional investors and UHNWIs, amongst others. A pioneer in collective sales, Knight Frank transacted the first collective sale in Singapore in 1994 and handled many other notable and challenging collective sale cases.


The team also works with a wide spectrum of clients including institutions, government agencies, private landowners and the project development industry for land sales. We have an exceptional understanding of the land market and our clients' requirements to tailor strategies to maximise the value of any project or deal. We identify sites with development potential and advise the sale and acquisition of properties and building land on behalf of landowners and developers across Singapore. We relish challenges and specialise in resolving complicated site issues.

Executive/Manager, Capital Markets



  • Managing sale process for land and collective sale projects
  • Conduct feasibility analysis for potential sites
  • Preparation of proposals and presentation materials
  • Communication with Sale Committee, solicitors and owners
  • Following-up with owners to obtain requisite consensus
  • Preparation of documentations and ensuring legal compliance
  • Marketing of sites for sale by tender or other modes of sale
  • Preparation of marketing materials and managing publicity initiatives
  • Conduct viewings and site inspections with developers and interested parties
  • Facilitating deal closing and ensuring sale completion



  • Minimum Degree in Real Estate or similar tertiary qualifications
  • Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson under CEA
  • No experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for more senior roles
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
