Our market-leading Asia Pacific Capital Markets team is looking for a Global Capital Strategies (maternity cover), to assist with our growing book of business. 


The role has the responsibility for the development of key capital markets client relationships, working closely with the Global Capital Market (GCM) Head to understand both buy and sell side client priorities by market and asset class. They should develop a key client programme strategy, working closely with global, regional and local brokers and client teams across the Group.


Your main day-to-day role will comprises of three main elements:

  • Client Facing – meeting with regional and global clients regularly in tandem with GCM head to understand needs and requirements.
  • Client Strategy – use client intelligence to provide strategy suggestions to key clients, leading to off market buyside opportunities.
  • Client Intelligence – feed client intel to the GCM network.




Client Engagement

  • Finalise the top regional and global client targets to be qualified as a “key clients”, both regionally and globally.
  • Meet regularly with these groups, either virtually or in person, to understand all aspects of their current requirements – including but not limited to market, market share, stakeholder map by region, key decision makers, business objectives, assets owned, asset classes of interest, existing mandates and growth goals

Client Intelligence

  • Oversee development of each key client plan through management and direction of the client strategy analyst on an agreed database..
  • Develop and maintain strategic client plans with the goal of meeting or exceeding both customer objectives and Knight Frank engagement goals. Revise the client strategy and plan to ensure they fit the continuously changing needs and priorities.
  • Alongside the client strategy analyst, develop an active client plan to pursue strategic buyer and seller client priorities and map to Knight Frank opportunities.
  • Drive the implementation of the plan at the global, regional and local level via regular internal account review sessions with relevant stakeholders from capital markets, research, marketing and other service lines where appropriate.

Client Strategy

  • Use relationships, detailed client intelligence, and global knowledge to shape client’s global investment strategy.
  • Work with local capital markets teams to unearth off market opportunities with the view of acting in a buyside/capital partnering capacity.


The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the ability to grow relationships at the senior executive level and C-Suite within global and regional based clients. They should be familiar with global investment strategies related to acquisition, disposal and capital advisory across Office, Industrial & Logistics, ESG, Data Centres and Alternative Assets. They will also have a strong work ethic, rigorous attention to detail and confident presentation skills. The role will require advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
