Responsible for the computation of Staff Commissions and supports Senior Finance Manager on other finance duties. Where required, to assist in payroll functions (no payroll experience required). 


  • Responsible for the calculations of staff commissions based on various schemes.
  • Ensure timely payment of commission to staff through monthly payroll.
  • Provide complete calculations of staff commission for accruals to Finance team.
  • Reconciliation of commission accruals and maintaining schedules for audit purposes.
  • Support the team in ad-hoc projects such as digitalization of commission calculations.
  • Assist in Receipting, follow up on debtors, compliance matters etc. 
  • Assist with some Payroll functions when required (no payroll experience required). 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.



  • Experience in commission calculations preferred but not a must.
  • Must be proficient with MS excel.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
