We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Responsibilities:

 

• Operate, maintain, clean, repair and monitor all facilities management services

• Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government / statutory regulations; conduct regular audits of building and M&E systems

• Ensure all installation works are in conformance with building and statutory requirements

• Supervise contractors’ maintenance works, ensuring that contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements

• Lead and manage a team to perform scheduled inspections, routine & ad-hoc maintenance facilities and building works

• Ensure all feedback / complaints are attended to accordingly to agreed timeline

• Plan, schedule and co-ordinate all maintenance works, ensuring that all equipment within premises is in working condition

• Prepare monthly report for management and client

• Responsible for building risk management, safety & security

• Implement energy management program to reduce operating costs

• Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flows projections are met and prompt payments to contractors and service providers

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 5 years of working experience in building and facility management industry

• Conversant with codes of practice and regulations

• Good knowledge in mechanical & electrical and car park system

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

• Possess Senior / Fire Safety Manager Certificate

• Candidates who are certified Green Mark Manager will have an added advantage
