Executive / Senior Executive / Manager - Office Leasing
(Level of seniority will be based on years of relevant experience)
- You want to grow a career in shaping the new era of hybrid working in the CBD
- You enjoy engaging clients, understanding their office space aspirations, negotiating, and concluding transactions
- You aspire to go beyond the ordinary in delivering client objectives and being remunerated with attractive commissions in addition to base salary.
Responsibilities
- Team up with colleagues to engage occupiers to nurture and secure office leasing requirements
- Engage owners on available office space for lease
- Conduct site inspections with occupiers and owners
- Negotiate and conclude leases
- Gather market information and intelligence in the daily course of work
- Collaborate with colleagues in all business aspects
- Business development through client relationship management and prospecting
- Meet or exceed individual revenue target
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate or relevant fields
- Currently holds a CEA salespersons licence or qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
- Preferably at least 1 year of commercial space leasing experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Technology savvy
