Executive / Senior Executive / Manager - Office Leasing 

(Level of seniority will be based on years of relevant experience)

 

  • You want to grow a career in shaping the new era of hybrid working in the CBD
  • You enjoy engaging clients, understanding their office space aspirations, negotiating, and concluding transactions
  • You aspire to go beyond the ordinary in delivering client objectives and being remunerated with attractive commissions in addition to base salary.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Team up with colleagues to engage occupiers to nurture and secure office leasing requirements
  • Engage owners on available office space for lease
  • Conduct site inspections with occupiers and owners
  • Negotiate and conclude leases
  • Gather market information and intelligence in the daily course of work
  • Collaborate with colleagues in all business aspects
  • Business development through client relationship management and prospecting 
  • Meet or exceed individual revenue target
     

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Real Estate or relevant fields
  • Currently holds a CEA salespersons licence or qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
  • Preferably at least 1 year of commercial space leasing experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Technology savvy
