A great opportunity has arisen to join us in our Asia Pacific Headquarters, based on Raffles Place in Singapore. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Global Capital Markets team, working closely with the Head of Global Capital Markets.

You will be part of a small entrepreneurial team that works on major asset sales across the world. We are a private company that is 126 years old, and our Asia team based in Singapore is the fastest growing part of our business.   • Coordinate Global Head of Capital Markets calendar for meetings and travel schedules
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Process business expense claims monthly
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the team filing system
  • Work with the marketing team to help arrange client events



  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Be prepared to think outside the box and take initiative in order to solve problems as they arise
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting manager schedules
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour, self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential and existing customers
  • Advanced experience with Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and developing reporting tools a must; Adobe photoshop and CRM/Salesforce experience also a plus
  • Team player with ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment; ability to work effectively with diverse teams across diverse cultures and varying levels of capability
  • Exceptional oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
