Executive, Marketing & Communications

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align campaign objectives with business goals

 

Social Media Management:

  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking
  • Monitor and report on social media analytics, audience engagement, and share of voice (SOV)
  • Research and track competitor activities to inform social media strategy

 

Event Logistics:

  • Coordinate logistics for events, such as client meetings, seminars, or leadership participation in external conferences
  • Provide on-site support for events
  • Source for and present vendor quotations (printing, corporate gifts, F&B, etc)

 

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update marketing databases, including email lists and media contacts
  • Track performance metrics for campaigns and compile data for reporting

 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, including social media engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide data insights to support reporting

 

Digital Operations:

  • Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters, updates, and festive greetings
  • Take basic photos and videos for a digital media content library
  • Assist in the gating and compilation of research reports, including quarterly bulletins and related materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Facilitate internal comms tasks (tv updates, web updates)
  • Assist with expedient updates/amendments for digital platforms
  • Manage the publishing of content for blog in a timely manner
  • Regularly housekeep all marcom collaterals/materials for improved access by the team

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing tools, and campaign coordination is preferred but not required
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms, analytics tools, email marketing platforms)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
