About the role
Are you ready to take on a leadership role where you can combine business development with operational excellence? As a Director/Deputy Director (Strata Management) at Knight Frank, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, leading a team, and driving operational efficiency. You'll work closely with on-site managers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth operations while growing our portfolio through business development initiatives. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.
What you will be doing:

Managing a portfolio of properties, including but not limited to residential and mixed-development projects, focusing on smooth operations and high performance.

Building strong client relationships, staying attuned to their evolving needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Driving business development and growth strategies by identifying new opportunities, tendering for projects, expanding the portfolio, and exploring new ventures to contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Leading and guiding both the headquarter support team and on-site managers to enhance operational efficiency across properties.

Chairing Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and overseeing their smooth execution.

Strategically allocating manpower and resources to adapt to changing business demands and maintain high performance across all teams.
We’re looking for someone who’s:

Experienced, with at least 10 years in property management and 5 years leading teams, capable of managing both people and operations efficiently.

Knowledgeable about local codes of practice, the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), and relevant laws.

A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, skilled at identifying growth opportunities and navigating challenges.

A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to gain stakeholder buy-in and effectively convey ideas.

Proactive, organized, and able to lead multi-disciplinary projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualified with a diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate/Facility Management, or a related discipline.
