Properties sold under our breadth of experience include residential properties (such as apartments and landed homes) and commercial properties (such as shophouses, strata offices and shops, factories and development sites). Notably, our team held the first public auction for the en bloc sale of Scotts Tower, for all strata owners collectively.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing of different properties
  • Develop a network of clients
  • Pitch for sole marketing appointments
  • Telemarketing on a regular basis
  • Assist team heads in business developments
  • Update landlord/vendor/clients of marketing activities and periodic market updates

 

Requirements

  • Must be registered as a salesperson with CEA
  • At least 1 year relevant marketing experience in real estate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Able to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Articulate, confident and effective in public speaking
  • Good report writing skill
  • Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and a team player
  • Digital marketing skill would be an advantage
