Analyst, Global Data Centre Team
Role Summary:
The Knight Frank Global Data Centre Team (KFGDC) is seeking an analyst to support the growth of the firm’s data centre offering across the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will work closely with the APAC Head of Data Centres, and the rest of the data centre network to drive business expansion, advise clients on data centre acquisitions and disposals, and provide assistance on colocation acquisitions ranging from India to Australia.

Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of Knight Frank's data centre business in APAC. This will include analysing data centre investment options, preparing investment memorandums (IM’s), assisting with pitch preparations and responding to Request for Proposals (RFP’s).
- Deal support on current projects regarding trading data centre development sites on behalf of hyperscale data centre operators.
- Assist corporate colocation clients with tenancy acquisitions, regearing existing colocation space, and contract negotiations via colocation RFP processes.
- Collaborate with the regional capital markets team on M&A transactions, fixed income freehold transactions and sale and lease back deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to the Knight Frank data centre network.
- Identify new business opportunities and demonstrate entrepreneurial skills to win new clients and instructions in the fasting growing real estate sector globally.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualification (or equivalent).
- Existing experience or understanding of the data centre industry and market trends is not a requirement but is preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate Capital Markets, land purchase and sale, or occupier representation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development and growth within a rapidly evolving sector.
