Administrative Assistant (Condominium Management)
- Assist the Condominium Manager in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents / tenants.
- Assist new owners/tenants in the application of card access, keys, move in/move out and renovation request.
- Coordinate on-site inspection schedule for contractors, MA technicians and/or Property Executive schedule to attend to residents’ service request.
- Provide administrative support in the collation of weekly and monthly submissions to HQ TA.
- Answeri phones and receive residents request in a professional manner with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Petty cash management and booking of the estate facilities.
- Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
- Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenance record and perform general administrative duties.
Requirement:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Minimum of 'O' Level or other relevant certificates.
- Relevant working experience in the service industry or residential development.
- Candidates from Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management will have an added advantage.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
