Administrative Assistant (Condominium Management)

We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team.   • Assist the Condominium Manager in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents / tenants.
  • Assist new owners/tenants in the application of card access, keys, move in/move out and renovation request.
  • Coordinate on-site inspection schedule for contractors, MA technicians and/or Property Executive schedule to attend to residents’ service request.   
  • Provide administrative support in the collation of weekly and monthly submissions to HQ TA. 
  • Answeri phones and receive residents request in a professional manner with a positive and helpful attitude. 
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Petty cash management and booking of the estate facilities.
  • Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
  • Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenance record and perform general administrative duties.

 

Requirement:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Minimum of 'O' Level or other relevant certificates.
  • Relevant working experience in the service industry or residential development.
  • Candidates from Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management will have an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
