Knight Frank is looking to hire a Team Administrator (Hybrid) to support our West Midlands offices team.
We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Birmingham and West Midlands offices. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling various administrative tasks and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence on behalf of the West Midlands team.
- Assist in data entry, generating reports, and compiling information as required by the team.
- Assist in drafting and collating pitching material.
- Support team members with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel based tasks.
- Organising photographs, floorplans and EPC visits.
- Brochure creation / design.
- Assist with launching properties.
- Maintain office efficiency by organising and implementing administrative systems and procedures.
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, solicitors and other agents.
- Undertaking Client due Diligence (CDD) checks in line with Anti Money Laundering processes outlined by the operations manager.
- Executing all marketing plans for the region including direct mail, touting, print media and social media.
- Being an ambassador for the Knight Frank brand and encompassing the KF Brand values.
Key Experience Required:
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
- Knowledge or experience within the property industry is (desirable).
- Strong geographical knowledge of the Birmingham (essential), familiarity with Stafford (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
