Responsibilities 

•    Responsibilities include accounting entry and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
•    Handle account payable inquiry.
•    Perform daily bank reconciliation
•    Must ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time
•    Document control including filing and soft copies of documents
•    Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Person Specification 

•    Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
•    At least 2 years working experience in Accounting, preferably in property management accounting.
•    Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
•    Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
•    Knowledge of FlexSystem is an advantage
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills
