Responsibilities

 

Consultant Function

1. To ensure that we deliver the best office service in Shanghai to all clients all the time:

2. Receive enquiries from clients and ensure that you understand their needs

3. Keep in regular contact with clients at all times including advising them of progress

4. Prepare shortlist of suitable properties for clients to review in accordance with their requirements and budget

5. Confirm availability and suitability with landlords

6. Arrange and conduct property inspections with clients

7. Negotiate for properties on behalf of clients

8. Prepare lease contracts

9. Participate in monthly regional Business Development calls with key TR leads in AP, Europe and U.S.

10. Ensure invoices are accurately prepared and sent

11. Attend weekly office services meetings to discuss existing and possible clients.

 

Sales and Marketing Function

1. Working with the Managing Director, Tenant Representation of Office Services department head, business development team and the marketing department, to assist in the implementation and delivery of specific departmental marketing campaigns to predetermined recipients in China.

2. To set up meetings and presentations with new and existing clients through telephone calls, emails or letters.

3. To make presentations to clients.

4. To secure instructions from clients.

 

Database Management

1. To update database contacts and input related information and to ensure that departmental staff do likewise.

 

Central Filing System

1. Working with the department head, to maintain and keep up to date the filing system for all work in the Shanghai office.

 

Departmental Marketing Tools

1. To ensure that all documents produced by Knight Frank Shanghai, whether internal or external, are in accordance with documented policies and are consistent with the message that the company is trying to convey about our mission and vision. To ensure that clients receive a consistent and professional image of the Company.

 

 

 

 

Person Specification

 

1. At least 5 years relevant working experience

2. Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills

3. Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship

4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan

5. Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
