Senior Manager

Responsibilities

· Responsible for project plan execution, including scheme design, quality control, and execution plans.

· Lead the team to complete report writing and submission.

· Coordinate internal and external resources, lead team members to discuss and develop consulting project solutions, allocate project tasks reasonably, and ensure the project is completed within the specified time with high quality.

· Assist department leaders in team management.

· Lead the team to accumulate consulting expertise, including conducting special research on key topics in relevant fields regularly, summarizing cases, and developing work methodologies.

· Guide and train the junior staff and intern to enhance their work skills and help them to integrate themselves into a new work environment as quickly as possible.

· Develop strong relationships with internal (e.g., other departments) and external clients (e.g., developers)

Person Specification

· Bachelor’s degree or above with a specialization in real estate or a related discipline

· At least five years relevant working experience

· Excellent communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.

· Strong analytical skills with good logical thinking.

· Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship

· Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan

· Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude

· Analytical and good numerical sense
