We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our busy and highly successful Sevenoaks office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing buyer interactions, generating property viewings and achieving sales targets. The role demands excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Edenbridge areas.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging viewings, providing expert advice, and securing sales in a competitive market.
  • Leverage the high volume of enquiries our Sevenoaks office receives to generate property viewings and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain precise records on our internal database, ensuring all buyer and property information is up to date.
  • Professionally handle inquiries from various channels, including internet, phone, and walk-ins, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Conduct property viewings and proactively follow up on feedback from prospective buyers, capitalising on every opportunity to close a sale

 

Candidate Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, with a strong track record in closing deals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with vendors and buyers.
  • An understanding of the Sevenoaks property market, including current trends, property values, and local competition, is highly advantageous.
  • Self-sufficient, motivated, and driven with a passion for delivering outstanding results in a high-performing office environment.
