Senior Sales Executive (Surabaya)

Main Responsibility:

 

  • To support the expansion program of our client (a multinational SPBU company) for Surabaya and Greater Surabaya area

 

Job Description:

 

  • Finding new listings (land)
  • Maintaining the relationship with the existing partner (landlord)
  • Conduct site-viewing for client
  • Help assessing the background profile of the potential partner (landlord)

  • Prepare all sales presentation materials
  • Conduct negotiation until formal agreements are secured between client and the partner (landlord)

  • Reviewing and filing the leasing agreement or other transaction documents

 

Requirement:

 

  • Minimum S1 in any major
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as real-estate broker/agent/sales in Surabaya, East Java region
  • Required skills: sales & marketing skills, real estate transaction management, communication & negotiation skills (ability to speak in English will be valuable)
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java with high mobility around Greater Surabaya
  • Having valid car-driving licence
