We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Executive to join our marketing and communications team. As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that align with our overall marketing objectives, create compelling content as well as managing our social media accounts and developing content strategies to engage with our target audience. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter, who will be at ease with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and managing stakeholder expectations, covering our business divisions with B2B, B2C & B2G client bases and will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns and strategy that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth for the business.

 

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic. Should possess exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, strategic output and a goal orientated mindset.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute social media strategies in coordination with the Marcoms team and the service line partner that support our marketing objectives and increase engagement with our target audience and grow our reach and follower bases.

  • Manage the brokerage social media accounts in Saudi, including scheduling, content planning, briefing, and publishing posts, monitoring social media activity, and engaging with followers.

  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. and evaluate social media platforms and where KFME should be.

  • Conduct social media analysis and audits to measure the success of our campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into our social media strategy.

  • Monitor competitor activity on social media and suggest ways to improve our own social media presence.

  • Manage and execute social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy and targeting specific audiences while adhering to global KFME digital brand guidelines.

  • Manage and moderate all social media content and community management (monitor and respond to all comments, mentions, messages) as well as create internal and external live communications where needed.

  • Build relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders to increase the reach of our social media campaigns.

  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, targeting, and budget management.

  • Develop and execute crisis management plans for negative comments or situations on social media.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

  • Liaise with the Middle East Research team and other service line stakeholders to craft press releases on research outputs and corporate messages we wish to take to the market.

  • Build a strong working relationship with the Global head of PR to promote relevant Middle East PR messages across the Knight Frank network and vice versa.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Middle East journalists to promote our research outputs and corporate messages, both in English and Arabic.

  • Other tasks as required.

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

  • Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy and targeting specific audiences.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
