Overview

 

We are looking for a dedicated People Operations Specialist to join our team, supporting our People & Culture department within the Saudi and Egypt locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR administration and operations throughout the employee lifecycle. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR and visa processes within Saudi. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing various HR tasks, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our People operations.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Support core People processes and transactions across the Saudi and Egypt locations, including onboarding, employment visa processing, medical insurance, payroll, employee data and file management, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and other HR operations services as needed.

  • Assist in the production and formatting of documents such as correspondence, proposals, presentations, and reports.

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, handling enrollments, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

  • Work with third-party vendors to monitor and achieve service level agreements in support of total rewards, benefits, and other HR administration processes.

  • Work with line managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process

  • Working with the Payroll Operations, ensure accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, and timeliness of payroll data, while monitoring overall payroll service delivery.

  • Support People Operations Specialist to maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, and manage accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

  • Provide support to employees on operations HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures, fostering a positive and informed employee experience.

  • Generate reports and assist in analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to support decision-making.

  • Ensure that core People services meet service levels and comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements in the region, including Saudization requirements.

  • Collaborate with other People functions (including Talent Acquisition and People Managers), Finance, Legal, and Service Lines to streamline People processes, develop best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support regional and global People platform projects by providing country-specific requirements, participating in HRIS project management, and facilitating leadership sign-off for systems, process, or policy changes.

  • Stay informed about HR laws and regulations, assist in policy development, and ensure company compliance with relevant employment laws.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 4+ years of prior experience in a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Ability to work flexible work schedules based on office needs.

  • Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.

  • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.

  • Software: Advanced proficiency using Excel. Other Microsoft Office programs, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR related software to a proficient level.

  • Language skills: Fluency in English.

  • Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
