Overview

 

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic self-starter to join our dynamic, fast paced, and multidisciplinary business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Marketing Specialist. The ideal individual will be at ease with multi-tasking and managing stakeholder expectations across various internal service lines with B2B, B2C and B2G client bases. You will also be responsible for upholding the Knight Frank brand's creative and tone of voice across all marketing activity and brand campaigns.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies for our Strategy and Consultancy business in the Saudi Arabia market, with a focus on brand awareness and business growth. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will take the lead role in ensuring consistency across all brand collateral, while providing on ground support to our Saudi Arabia offices, aligning marketing efforts with business goals. This role will also support in organization of all aspects of Knight Frank client-events and engagement.

This role requires fluency in both Arabic and English, along with exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nationals of Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update a detailed activity calendar of all Marcomms activities, with guidance from the Senior Marketing Manager and present this on a weekly basis to key stakeholders and the wider Marcomms team. 
  • Assist in project management of initiatives, helping to ensure these run on time and on budget.
  • Liaise with regional Marcomms, IT and Web teams to ensure alignment and service delivery.
  • Assist with the completion and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) around Marcomms activity and campaigns.
  • Engage with regional teams to help ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support the KSA business by briefing jobs/projects to respective Marcomms departments or external creative suppliers if needed.
  • Support in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and proposal decks to effectively promote respective service lines.
  • Point of contact for KSA/regional offices and service line heads for all Marcomms activities.
  • Produce best practice process guidelines, monitor and report on their adherence; keep this front of mind with a “rolling training” focus.   
  • Produce checklists for all Knight Frank events, corporate materials and research outputs with support from the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Manage KSA based events where necessary.
  • Act as the key GDPR and CRM contact for the Marcomms team. 
  • Liaise with KSA Business leads in of support the Marcomms team as required.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the region across real estate and consulting industries.
  • Competitive benchmarking in KSA for the business and stay abreast of all event opportunities, speaking opportunities and more for the KSA business.
  • Work with the regional content team to provide extra resources for creating marketing promotional material such as blogs and write-ups tailored to the KSA market in Arabic.
  • Proof content for ‘house style’ as and when requested.
  • Work with the Marcomms team to lead and manage the production cycle of Marcomms design instructions and projects for KSA and the business.
  • Source imagery needed in publications and campaigns and manage all associated subscriptions.
  • Contribute to the management and delivery of the lifecycle of external and internal content production as and when required.
  • Work with our social media, content and PR managers to ensure distribution and dissemination strategies are developed and followed for every output.
  • Contribute to any seasonal or adhoc activity such as National Day, Eid, Ramadan, and tier one local and global research report launch plans.
  • Manage the relationship with all print suppliers and ensure delivery of printed materials to our offices and key clients, with support from our Regional Marketing Operations.
  • Act as the key point of contact for the KSA business for all Marcomms requests. By extension, you will be responsible for the development and adherence to Marcomms guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure KSA business news is prominent and sent to the regional team in a timely manner across digital, social platforms.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage all aspects of Knight Frank KSA events, including, but not limited to, client events and media roundtables.
  • Support the production, shipment, and customs clearance of materials, stands and collateral.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, including the booking of venues, managing/arranging catering, AV, the development of guest lists through engagement of key stakeholders, preparation and dissemination of guest invitations and liaising with internal/external speakers to ensure event readiness.
  • Travel around the country to ensure and manage all aspects of all Knight Frank events as required.
  • Other tasks as required.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role working in Saudi Arabia, including both B2B and B2C marketing. Prior experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
  • An understanding of residential and commercial property markets.
  • Able to think strategically, with a good understanding of marketing techniques including digital, event management, CRM and print processes.
  • Ability to identify, recommend, understand, and adapt to new technologies and software.
  • Able to manage and lead large-scale multichannel projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Clear, creative, and logical thinker with well-developed writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.

  • Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level. Proficiency using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Premier Pro) or similar. Experience with Yammer or equivalent internal intranet systems desired.
