Graduate Valuer - Commercial - KSA

Based in our Riyadh Office, we are looking to recruit a qualified Graduate commercial with a flexible attitude and variable skill set to work primarily in commercial valuation instructions but also to be capable of undertaking basic residential valuations and research related advisory work based as recommended

You will have a willingness to learn and understand a new real estate market, to understand the business and have a sound business knowledge, responsible to research accurately and present this information in writing to a professional standard and assist other departments and develop new skills in order to broaden your learning experience and career path.

Ideally you will be a degree graduate not necessarily RICS accredited. Strong written English, Arabic (preferable but not necessary). Ideal candidate would be looking to become MRICS qualified.
