Our thriving London Residential Sales business is looking to recruit a Negotiator at Senior or Associate level to join our Richmond Prime sales team, one of the most exciting roles within our London network. This role is available due to an internal promotion and is an important role to maintain and help grow our strong market share in this important prime market.

 

We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • To help manage some of the regions finest prime houses and clients, to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Identify and engage with buyers, negotiate property sales, and manage transactions to completion.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the South West London property market, including property values and competition.
  • Proactively maintain a high profile in the Richmond area to generate new business.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven track record within the London property market.
  • Expertise in negotiating sales of high-end properties and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain professional standards of confidentiality and trust.
  • A positive, enthusiastic and driven team player with the ability to contribute to business strategy formulation.

 

We are looking for an experienced agent, who is self-sufficient, self-motivated and that has a strong track record in negotiating and agreeing deals. It would also be beneficial to have experience in conducting market appraisals.

 

The role will be based in our Richmond office, but will involve close collaboration with the wider South West London offices. Full support will be provided by our high-performing operations team, and the role will report directly into our Head of Richmond Sales. The ideal candidate will have 4 years + experience in a Negotiator role. Knowledge of the Richmond area would be beneficial but not essential.
