Knight Frank Australia are looking to recruit Partner, Head of Valuations & Advisory in our Perth office. This is a key leadership position that will oversee the strategic, operational, and financial direction of the Valuations service line parallel to the national business goals.


You will have experience in not only leading a high performing team but be responsible for the development of new business and delivery of services across all sectors.


Whilst generating maximum revenue, we would look to you to bring onboard the right people, implement process improvement and strive to obtain efficiencies.


Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections, undertake valuations, assess current market values for properties
  • Develop feasibility reports and maintain the Valuations database
  • Foster strategic alliances, business partnerships and relationships to better cross sell across departments
  • Provide high quality financial analysis and strategic forecasting
  • Maintaining a deep awareness of the commercial property market
  • Provide guidance and effectively manage career aspirations of the team


Who we are looking for?

  • At least 10 years of relevant Valuations experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading a team/department
  • Licensed Valuer through API or RICS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Property & Valuations
  • Solid understanding of valuations legislations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Demonstrable organisational and time management skills
