Our Country Business is looking to expand our team within the Oxfordshire area. We are looking for an exceptional agent to work in our Oxford office; this is a rare opportunity to join Knight Frank, the world’s leading independent international property consultancy.
We are looking for an experienced and competent agent who is self-sufficient, entrepreneurial and able to build relationships at all levels. The candidate should have a strong track record in sales, be a motivated and driven individual, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Whilst based out of our Oxford office, the role will involve close collaboration with our sales teams in our Henley on Thames, Hungerford and Buckinghamshire offices, amongst others, with full support provided by our outstanding operations team. Our Oxford office is highly successful and deals with property from the Chilterns to the Thames and into the City, often working closely with our London residential teams, Country House Department and wider rural business.

Responsibilities
- Obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets.
- Find buyers and negotiate the sale of properties.
- Understand the geography and have a sound knowledge of contemporary property values together with a keen awareness of local competition.
- Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a high professional standard.
- Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner.
- Maintain a high profile in the community in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients.
