A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Business Support Coordinator (BSC) to join our Valuations team in Manchester.  The position is available for an immediate start and you will be supporting our Head of Commercial Valuations as well as our Head of Residential Valuations working within a team of 10.

 

In the Business Support Coordinator role you will be responsible for:

 

  • Co-ordinating Team meetings and taking minutes.
  • Instruction mobilisation/hub/file set up/de mobilisation, to include client liaison
  • Ability to ensure Surveyors within the team meet their individual organisational requirements.
  • Assist with file management to ensure best practice/audit compliance
  • Ability to prioritise work based upon input from Surveyors.
  • Good organisation skills to track WIP.
  • Assist organisation of team for monthly billings.
  • Raise team invoices.
  • Assist with preparation of marketing material.
  • Assist in the preparation of Valuation Reports - local authority searches, map preparation, ESG research, etc
  • Inspection tracking, to include reminders to Team, arranging access and recording dates completed.
  • Ad hoc assistance with any typing tasks/letters, although this will likely be limited.
  • Ad hoc admin requests.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Scanning incoming post

 

We are looking for someone with high attention to detail with a proactive and analytical approach to help assist the team and be able to produce quality written and accurate reports as well as being able to support the team with their daily administration tasks.  You will ideally have a property related background to understand and engage with the role with minimal assistance from the outset.
