This is a role for a highly motivated, results driven HR Director supporting the Managing Partner.
Responsibilities
- Brilliant execution of the talent strategy for the business unit to maximise attraction, retention and development of exceptional people;
- Recruitment activity, including advertisement and/or liaising with recruitment agencies, short listing of applications, interviewing and relevant testing of candidates, through to final sign off and appointment.
- Prepares and presents offers of employment and conducts orientation as required;
- Support and advice managers to implement a reward strategy guided by a deep understanding of our business goals and what will drive future performance;
- Manage the annual appraisal and remuneration review process;
- Provides general HR consultative services for employees and management at site location; ensures sound and legal HR practices and procedures are met;
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met;
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
- Work closely with Finance department and Legal department to provide administrative support and information on corporate policies and procedures, when necessary suggest improvements;
- Work collaboratively with the international HR teams in UK;
Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated working knowledge of multiple human resource areas (recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, employee engagement)
- We are open to consider both part time and full time candidates
Knowledge and Skills
- High level in Spanish and English;
- Expert knowledgeable on employment laws, HR procedures and practices;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management;
- Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills, maintain excellent interpersonal skills;
- To be self-motivated and work autonomously, delivering results on objectives;
- Have a customer orientated approach to internal and external customers;
- To be accustomed to working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
