A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join our Residential Investments team.


In the Business Support Coordinator role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with colleagues from across the team and the broader business to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our real estate professionals
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, assisting with enquiries, and taking accurate messages
  • Working with the operations teams to provide a high level of support within agreed time frames including creating new property activity records, registering new instructions, creating template letters, and other ad hoc administrative support
  • Preparing reports for weekly and monthly meetings
  • Coordinating team meetings, organising team travel arrangements and proactive diary management
  • Carrying out monthly reporting to assist with performance monitoring
  • Following and adhering to all internal and external compliance and best practice measures and procedures to include liaising with clients to obtain necessary documents and managing CDD processes for clients
  • Generating sales invoices and ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials to include creating mailers, property brochures, track records and pitching materials
  • Displaying knowledge of ISO regulations and implementation, working alongside your Compliance Senior Operations Coordinator to include ensuring confidential files are treated correctly and displaying knowledge of GDPR regulations


To be successful in the Business Support Coordinator role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Prior experience in a business support, administration or front of house role preferred, but not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling
  • Strong organisation skills and including the ability to prioritise busy workloads efficiently and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A flexible, adaptable, and cooperative attitude with great attention to detail
