An opportunity to join this exciting team has become available, and we are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, results driven Team Coordinator.

 

In the Private Client Advisory Team Support role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to the Private Client Advisory Team, to include the organization of internal / external meetings and conference calls and preparing any required papers beforehand
  • Supporting and managing internal & external presentations with our in-house creative and business development teams
  • Acting as an Ambassador for the Private Client Advisory team and wider department
  • Maintaining collaborative relationships with clients and employees
  • Responding to RFPs, Referrals, and Internal Information Requests
  • Issuing Private Office Commercial Assets to new clients and distributing research to engage clients
  • Maintaining and updating department trackers & lists
  • Providing support on marketing projects including sales lists, preparing pitch documents, and social media
  • Organizing internal and external events

 

To be successful in the Private Client Advisory Team Support role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Database Management software
  • Experience with Project Management software such as Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of Social Media for business purposes, e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
