A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Team Assistant to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Partners and team members.


In the Team Assistant role, you will be responsible for:


  • Providing administrative support to Partners and team members; including extensive and proactive diary and email management, and the organization of meetings and conference calls
  • Collating and analysing information
  • Arranging corporate travel arrangements and providing detailed itineraries where necessary
  • Creating expense reports
  • Screening and responding to the team’s emails and voicemails
  • Acting as an Ambassador for the team / department head
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, managers, and employees
  • Providing financial administrative support such as sales invoicing and WIP sheet reconciliation
  • Attending team meetings, minute taking and ensuring actions are followed up
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying and mail distribution
  • Composing correspondence including audio / copy typing, letters, memos, and reports
  • Liaising with IT to help troubleshoot system errors
  • Answering emails, mail and requests for information
  • Updating and maintaining correct contact information
  • Ensuring client records are maintained
  • Becoming an expert on information security policy and procedures and to be a main point of contact
  • Liaising with marketing to produce sales brochures, event invites and property summaries
  • Liaising with in-house creative and business development teams to create pitches


To be successful in the Team Assistant role, you will have the following skills and experience:


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Database Management software: Hub, Microsoft Access, and FileMaker Pro
  • Experience with Project Management software such as Microsoft Project
  • Experience with design and layout software such as Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop and / or InDesign
