Knight Frank is looking to hire a Talent & Performance Partner (Systems Admin) to optimise, manage, and provide daily technical support for our Talent and Performance space in the new Workday system.

Role:

The Talent & Performance Partner (Systems Admin) will be responsible for the optimisation, management and day-to-day technical support for Knight Frank’s Talent and Performance space in the new Workday system. This role is key to executing and ensuring success in talent management, performance, and employee development processes. The Talent & Performance Partner will collaborate with HR, L&D, IT, and other stakeholders to align the system with business goals, enhance user experience, and support organisational success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SME and advisor on Talent/Performance system functionality and processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day technical operations of the Talent/Performance system.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with relevant contacts.
  • Gather feedback for system enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.
  • Understand the impact of system changes on user experience and performance.
  • Collaborate with the People team to align processes with strategic goals.
  • Manage configuration and structural elements for talent and performance processes.
  • Launch and manage talent and performance cycles throughout the year.
  • Conduct and analyse data, providing reports and insights.
  • Manage data for Talent and HR teams, and upskill stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Workday teams to ensure integration with compensation, learning, and engagement.
  • Develop documentation, training, and resources for effective system use.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations within the system.
  • Support change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and industry best practices.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • Experience as an HRIS administrator (i.e. Workday, Cornerstone, SAP, Oracle, etc.) 
  • Understanding HR, talent, performance and HRIS standards, best practices and trends.  
  • Data Management, Reporting and Data Analysis. 
  • Understanding of HR metrics and analytics (desirable).
  • Previous experience of Workday (desirable).
