We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. The Client Services department at Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Super Prime Client Manager to foster and maintain relationships with current and past clients within our Central London network.

 

As the world's leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, we offer agency and professional advice across the Commercial, Residential, and Rural sectors. Since our establishment in 1896, Knight Frank has grown into a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ offices across 50 territories.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Grow our local market share by building relationships with potential vendors and landlords.
  • Work exclusively with premium clients and properties in a senior-level role.
  • Leverage your experience with luxury properties.
  • Establish credibility with prospective clients by sharing market updates and discussing housing market activity at both local and national levels.
  • Utilize our database to build a pipeline of future business.
  • Deliver consistently exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and cross-sell our services where applicable.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Adhere to the regulations and guidelines outlined in the firm’s internal procedures at all times.

  • Strong relationship-building skills that engender trust and confidence.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a sales/customer service environment.
